Administers nursing procedures to residents in accordance with the resident’s care plan.

Assists in the treatment of patients under direction of RNs and physicians.

Assist patients with taking their required medicines, including a review of files, current prescriptions, and dosages.

Assure quality nursing care for patients under the supervision of the Unit Director, RN Supervisor, or Director of Nursing.

Provides care and assistance to sick, disabled, elderly, or fragile individuals. Assisting individuals with daily activities.

Perform a range of responsibilities involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition for staff and patients.

Provides skilled physical therapy services in the center consistent with professional standards and policies.
